We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your BoxDox, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the terms below.

At BoxDox, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date
• Include all original components and hardware
• Be free from excessive damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Be returned in reasonably clean condition

We understand that customers may install and evaluate their BoxDox before deciding whether it is the right fit. Normal inspection and evaluation will not automatically disqualify a return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Products damaged by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation
• Products modified or altered after purchase
• Products missing major components or hardware
• Products returned outside the 30-day return period

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

• A manufacturing defect
• A shipping error
• An incorrect item received

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your BoxDox arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs and additional information to help us resolve the issue quickly.

To begin a return request, please contact BoxDox and provide:

• Your name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return

Our team will provide instructions for completing the return process.
