At BoxDox, we stand behind the quality of our products and the craftsmanship that goes into every mount we build.

We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials

• Defects in workmanship

• Structural failures resulting from normal intended use

• Manufacturing-related component failures

• Corrosion-related failures resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing

If a BoxDox product is determined to have failed due to a covered defect, BoxDox may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the product, or provide replacement components.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Negligence

• Abuse or misuse

• Improper installation

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Accidents, impacts, or collisions

• Use outside the intended design or purpose of the product

• Use inconsistent with BoxDox instructions, recommendations, or published guidelines

• Improper mounting surfaces or mounting methods

• Exposure to conditions beyond those for which the product was designed

• Cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or normal aging of materials

• Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or handling

BoxDox products are designed for specific applications and environments. Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose may void this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty applies only to the BoxDox product itself.

BoxDox shall not be responsible for damage to speakers, vehicles, boats, docks, structures, personal property, or any other equipment resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or use outside the intended design of the product.

BoxDox shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To submit a warranty claim, please contact BoxDox and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and affected area

• Any additional information requested to evaluate the claim

BoxDox reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

In some cases, BoxDox may provide replacement parts instead of replacing the entire product. The determination of whether to repair, replace, or provide replacement components shall be made solely by BoxDox.

TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
